My console's been crashing for months, and the mail-in process was honestly painless. The full capacitor replacement, parts and labor included, had it running smoothly again like it was brand new.

Sent it in on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday, which I wasn't expecting for a mail-in service. The fact that they handle both the parts and the labor meant I didn't have to hunt down a single component myself. Everything's been running smooth since, so I'm glad I went this route instead of tryin

Console came back with the new capacitors installed and I can already tell the difference in how stable everything runs. The mail-in process took about a week total, which felt reasonable for the labor and parts covered. Glad I didn't attempt this myself.
