Pairing my PS5 controller to the Switch felt ridiculously easy—I was in a game within two minutes, and the latency was imperceptible. It also handled my old PS4 controller without a hitch, so now both work seamlessly on the console.
Took less than a minute to pair my Xbox One controller, and the input lag is barely noticeable even in fast-paced games. Being able to use it across both Switch and my RetroN Sq without extra dongles is a nice bonus.
Swapped my PS5 controller over and it worked with my Switch in about 20 seconds of fiddling—no lag that I could notice during Mario Kart. Only gripe is the instructions are a bit sparse if you're not tech-savvy, but once it's set, it's solid.
